You have received many replies from various OpenBSD developers telling you what the current policy is. You will not get a pointer to a written form of that policy because there will likely never be such a written form. What you see is what you get. If you want something changed submit diffs and they will be judged. OpenBSD developers are more (VASTLY more) interested in writing code than writing policy. The aggregate of their thinking and practices is released every six months and represents the only definitive policy statement you are going to get. .... Ken
