  iirc that's -release, not -stable

  checked a few of the others in that pkg-stable.html, and
  the versions on the .html are all newer than on the mirror
  i looked at ( openbsd.rt.fm ), with the exceptions of the mysql,
  which the mirror had ( dated mar.14 instead of mar.4 )

  had always *thought* that the /$(uname -r)/ versions of the
  install sets and the packages were always the -RELEASE vers
  and if you wanted -STABLE stuff you had to compile...

  so checked:

  seems to read to me as: "binary package might be there might
  not, but ports tree will definately have it", given the 'selection
  of' wording.

  if the binary package was among the selection, i imagine
  the link would begin to work :)
