This is the only VoIP phone that I have found to work well: http://www.shop.bt.com/invt/caw126 I used to work for an ISP that had its own VoIP system. We spent more time appologising to customers about poor call quality and dropped lines, not to mention trying to get new customers to replace the pissed off ones.
