Well, hopefully this will encourage Mr. Cohen to think hard about a situation before he wallows in and posts something to a public list which is not in the interests of his customers.
I would also like to point out that I never received a reply to my message. I guess that Hifn employees only respond when customers insult them on public lists. This doesn't bode well for the documentation issue.
