I think Most of the time MmmSexChange is easier to make do smtps
(note, that's not the same thing as SMTP-TLS) on port 465 - and some
mailers can also handle that - some microsoft ones only do it.
However I am not an MmmSexChange administrator so take that
with a large grain of salt.
Our setup here is port 25 NEVER relays. users can't use it
for MUA's - they must use 587 with TLS, or 465 (smtps) for message
submission.
