I am not using the PCIe models, but I suppose they must just work. > This is going to be a remote machine, so the question is: Would the > OpenBSD sensors-framework detect when a PSU fails with hw.sensors? Here is is again: .. hw.sensors.34=ami0, sd0, drive online, OK hw.sensors.35=ami0, sd1, drive online, OK hw.sensors.36=ses0, PSU0, On, OK hw.sensors.37=ses0, PSU1, On, OK hw.sensors.38=ses0, Fan0, 66.67%, OK hw.sensors.39=ses0, Fan1, 33.33%, OK hw.sensors.40=ses0, Fan2, 33.33%, OK hw.sensors.41=ses0, Fan3, 33.33%, OK hw.sensors.42=ses0, Temp0, 27.00 degC, OK hw.sensors.43=ses0, Temp1, 26.00 degC, OK hw.sensors.44=ses0, Temp2, 29.00 degC, OK hw.sensors.45=ses0, Temp3, 29.00 degC, OK hw.sensors.46=ses1, PSU0, On, OK hw.sensors.47=ses1, PSU1, On, OK hw.sensors.48=ses1, Fan0, 33.33%, OK hw.sensors.49=ses1, Fan1, 33.33%, OK hw.sensors.50=ses1, Fan2, 33.33%, OK hw.sensors.51=ses1, Fan3, 33.33%, OK hw.sensors.52=ses1, Temp0, 27.00 degC, OK hw.sensors.53=ses1, Temp1, 26.00 degC, OK hw.sensors.54=ses1, Temp2, 29.00 degC, OK hw.sensors.55=ses1, Temp3, 29.00 degC, OK .. If I turn off one of the PSU's, the sensor value changes within a few seconds. (the machine has 67 sensors... madness..)
