probably statically configured or by IPCP (I think multilink ppp is fairly
common where lines are aggregated). DHCP is unlikely over point-to-point
lines. Not sure whether you can do multilink PPP with PCI T1 cards
(Accoom and so on).. or are they totally separate lines with different
address ranges?

you sure these are running IP and not normal phone calls? VoIP devices
may well take a T1/E1 of phone lines in and feed out to VoIP (don't forget
T1 doesn't necessarily mean data).
