probably statically configured or by IPCP (I think multilink ppp is fairly common where lines are aggregated). DHCP is unlikely over point-to-point lines. Not sure whether you can do multilink PPP with PCI T1 cards (Accoom and so on).. or are they totally separate lines with different address ranges? > two of the T1s are attached to old hardware-based VoIP devices, one is a > Merlin > PBX (for voice lines) and the other is an AdTran (for the fax lines). a T1 is > attached to each of these. you sure these are running IP and not normal phone calls? VoIP devices may well take a T1/E1 of phone lines in and feed out to VoIP (don't forget T1 doesn't necessarily mean data).
