there aren't, you'll have look fairly hard to find even +20dBm on a ralink minipci. they're usually +17dBm (and a bit less sensitive than these atheros-based ubiquiti sr cards). use an external amp or a better system setup (more tightly focussed antennas, shorter/better cables, etc to reduce loss wherever possible), output power is not the answer to everything. an alternative is senao/engenius 2511mp+ - prism2.5 +22.5dBm, works nicely but you miss out on hostapd with wi(4) cards. I assume you're somewhere you can use this high-power kit, in Europe the power limit is +20dBm radiated (i.e. after the gain from the antenna) unless you're using it with and under terms of a radio amateur license so a card outputting +17dBm doesn't leave much room for adding gain at the antenna for a typical wifi setup. > http://www.demarctech.com/products/reliawave-rwu/reliawave-rwu-400mw-atheros-802.11g-mini-pci-card.html at least he's stopped advertising on soekris-tech these days...
