Well, I've already emailed them back when I was trying to get their driver to work on FreeBSD, and I did ask for the open source version (I was feeling lucky...). Needless to say, I didn't get any reply...
Anyway, I don't expect them to release the specs anytime soon, and I still need to use my nic in the meantime... Linux somehow managed to get it working (they probably reverse engineered it), and since OpenBSD already has the driver which is working for other versions of marvell nics, it looks like the problem could be fixed (or worked-around at least) without the specs... If this is not on your to do list... Oh well, I guess I'll to have to look at it myself, or keep using linux..
