   What could be the problem?

Here are the instructions from the top of the patch. You can't skip any
steps here.

        Apply by doing:
                cd /usr/src
                patch -p0 < 002_openssl.patch

And then rebuild and install OpenSSL:
                cd lib/libssl
                make obj
                make depend
                make includes
                make
                make install

You appear to have at least skipped the 'make includes' step.

No, I'm SURE I executed ALL of them, including "make includes"!

In fact, it is in the steps I wrote.
And I repeated it a couple of times.

There must be something else wrong...

Bye.
