i read the manpage and am not certain it will work since users don't have system accounts and all mail is delivered and owned by a single user, _dovecot. it is possible to pipe emails using master.cf to an external program. i'll experiment with vacation since yaa is something of a headache to setup. anybody already doing this with postfix + vacation and willing to share their experience? cheers, jake >-- >Antti Harri
