Hello,

I'm running current (amd64) with tightvnc:
tightvnc-1.2.9p0
tightvnc-viewer-1.2.9

When I try to connect to the vnc server I get the following error message:
$ vncviewer -via 172.16.43.10 :1
VNC server supports protocol version 3.3 (viewer 3.3)
Password:
VNC authentication succeeded
Error allocating memory for desktop name, 2139029504 bytes

Anyone has an idea on how to fix this?

I've added a dmesg below.
Kind regards
Didier
