As previously mentioned, you may be out of luck "upgrading" and may need
to do fresh installs. This will probably turn out to be a benefit at
this point, and following the upgrade steps from 3.0 would be extra
work. Of course you'll want to save off any configurations needed for
the services these machines provide.

In the future, be aware that OpenBSD releases occur every 6 months and
that upgrading when a new release is out is pretty painless (the Upgrade
Guide in the FAQ will take you step by step).
