Hi I have the Winbond W83627HF chip and the watchdog is not working properly. The chip is recognised in the dmesg, and I have activated the watchdog in the BIOS and in rc.conf, but upon startup I get the message, "Standard daemons: watchdogdwatchdogd: no watchdog timer available". In the code it looks like this chip is handled, but not the watchdog portion.
Additionally the temperature and some of the voltage sensors are not working, but that may be a different problem. Does anybody know what the issue is here before I try and write my own driver? Thanks Jonathan Steel
