Is it not each DOS *partition* gets it's on disklabel, .. unless you
choose 'use entire disk', at which point the entire disk is assigned to
DOS partition 3 & single disklabel there?
there can only be one disklabel per disk. freebsd may have a
different disklabel, but openbsd only has ONE per disk, regardless of
dos partitions. you are also asking for trouble with more than 1 A6
partition.
