Hi list, during the last days news popped up [0] verifying that the new 'Power System' (aka Amiga) will be based on PA Semi's very nice PowerPC chip.
I was disappointed quite often by vaporware in the Amiga universe, especially during the hard, long time of agony of this system. However, as this really might become reality, how are chances to port OpenBSD to this machine? I'd like to be able to replace my x86/amd64 workstation at work by something non-SPARCy [I *like* SPARC] ;) [0] -- http://www.amiga.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=7310 -- I think sex is better than logic, but I can't prove it.
