Well, describing the problem is a good start and was missing from
your first message...

This is only needed in rare cases as described in dhcpd.conf(5),
try removing it and restarting dhcpd.

If this doesn't help, please send ifconfig -A (and if any bridges
are configured, also brconfig -A).
