It would be nice if someone could dig up a single DIMM for me. A Samsung M381L6423ETM-CB0 (512MB PC1200 266MHz 64Mx72 ECC non-buffered). It's to expand a Cisco 2811 that's involved in moving openbsd traffic, in case anyone needs to know.
