Not sure if I am missing something, most likely it's not implemented
yet, but I was looking to see if I could check anything about a RAID 1
setup on Sun X4100 M2 so that it can be monitor somehow. I am not making
progress on it however.
I assume it does work and OpenBSD can use it no problem, I mean the RAID
setup, not controlling it or getting feedback from it.
The best I get is:
# bioctl sd0

Nothing else that I tried produce anything, except errors, or nothing at
all.
However the above command does produce this:

There isn't any problem to do setup like this is it? OpenBSD will use
the RAID and not crash running it right?
I did the upgrade for the latest ILOM as well as the Symbios Logic
SAS1064 SAS controller just in case to:
Sun(TM) Integrated Lights Out Manager
Version 1.1.8
AND
SAS1064 to 1.16.40.00-IR
Looks like it's running, but not being next to the servers and pulling
drives to see if that affect the OpenBSD operation or not, doesn't help.
SO, I was hopping for some bioctl, or something else may be.
Any suggestions?
This is on 4.2 GENERIC-MP with ACPI enable and the RAID is done with two
SAS drives of 73GB, you only see one in the dmesg as the RAID 1. This
box also have 8GB, but only use less then 4 obviously. Hopefully that's
not a problem to leave it there until may be one day being supported.
That's the safest place not to loose these. (;>
