Doing:

./geteltorito.pl -o test cd42.iso

results in a file test that's identical to cdbr.  Why jump through so 
many hoops to do things the hard way?  I'm not sure I see the advantage 
of using 2.88 emulation, especially when bsd.rd is ~5M.
