LSI decided to make non raid cards use the same marketing name as actual raid cards. Very nasty of them. We currently do not support fake raid (driver assisted) cards.
On a positive note we are debating on how to possibly support some of these in the future. If anyone is familiar with metadata formats that vendors are using drop me an email.
