NT 6 profile missing from PF /etc/pf.os on 4.3, 4.2

I've compared /etc/pf.os on 4.2 and 4.3 and they seem to both be missing
fingerprints for blocking/filtering Windows NT 6 packets.

Has a fingerprint been identified?
