Have you tried playing with the "OS Selection" knob in the BIOS?

Have to hand type in, so missing a little bit at the top.  This is off iLO,
so no way to get information that scrolled off.

You should be able to connect to the serial port via ILO, try to ssh into the ILO console address.

I have 4.2 running fine on a DL380 G3, but since the dmesg mentions ACPI I'm guessing you're using 4.3 or a snapshot. Maybe try disabling acpi and see if it boots.
