Dontek, You really need to go download, burn, and install the latest Firmware ISO (8.00) from the HP site.
There are major updates provided there for multiple system components due to HP _really_ messing up on supplying decent firmware for their server platforms. Thankfully HP puts it all on one CD. Make sure your mainboard and controller firmware are up-to-date and try playing with the "OS Type" setting in BIOS, and/or APIC settings if they exist.
