ln: /obsd: Operation not permitted

The following error occurs after the command

> cd /usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC;
> make clean && make depend && make

"ln /bsd /obsd
ln: /obsd: Operation not permitted
*** Error code 1"
