Here's how it works. Stupid government people say they will do something. The database gets updated in anticipatipn. The stupid government changes their mind again, but operating systems have already shipped with the database. What are we to do? You could revolt against it locally, and put the blame where it is. We can't do a thing about it. We could simply stop updating the database. Would that make you accuse us less? Or do you want to get involved and become the one who predicts what the stupid governments will do?
