Boy, those Intel-branded boards have shitty BIOSes...
Rev 1.84 of sys/arch/amd64/amd64/machdep.c also fixes the dmesg-output
on my Thinkpad X200, a Centrino 2 system.
And having it in place for going on 48 hours with no freeze, I'd say it
fixed my problem as well.
