I did not try to initiate X of that way. After to have tried, it did not
work either. This is what I obtain in the log:

(EE) Unable to locate/open config file
(EE) Failed to load module "dri" (module does not exist, 0)
(EE) Failed to load module "fbdev" (module does not exist, 0)
(EE) CIRRUS(0): No valid modes found
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.
