Firefox should be able to run because of the line pass out on $ext_if proto tcp all modulate state However, nedit has nothing to do with pf, but if you're asking if it can be edited, then...I suppose, as long as it's run with the correct privileges. For all the ports you are looking for, you need to check /etc/services and you should read the man pages for whatever daemons you want to know about.
