In this regard, I've had no sound on my speakers for a few snaps, but
sound when headphones are plugged in. Updating to a new snap today fixed

However, what still does not work on my ThinkPad X61s is recording using
the built-in microphone. The microphone input (3.5mm plug) worked and
still works though. Deanna mailed me some diffs some time ago but we
(where my part was compiling and testing) didn't succeed in making it
work back then. Is this something that is supposed to work now or is
being worked on?
I saw the suggestion to read tech@ in another thread but saw no (recent)
diffs there that I believe apply to this machine.
