Yes, It's a fresh install on this machine.
4. What's in your config files outside the ordinary?
Just a few lines in httpd.conf to disable directory listing.

5. What's your first line of php5.conf

6. Do you have something showing up or nothing when you do:
cat /var/www/conf/httpd.conf | grep 'LoadModule php'
Here I get nothing.
