Hi So - finally got it.. I have the right gateway, ip, subnet masks, dns servers etc.. how ever I have to reboot the modem and the server multiple time to finally get it to work.
It works - but it is really slooooowww... will check the network speeds and the dns order once more - but it is really slow.. will write up a report when I get every thing resolved.
