No local traffic.  Basically, sending traffic from the backup system
over to DR.  The choice is hardware encryptors for shitloads of $$,
or, in my mind, something like openbsd/carp/ipsec for very much less.
Since we have to have commercial support, I'll be happy to send the
rfp to a few names listed on openbsd's site.  My problem is that if I
don't know the numbers up front, I can't write the rfp (and really, it
isn't even my project - I need to massage some people to even look at
this).
