Hi all,
I've got an IBM ThinkPad T41, dmesg below, and the appropriate docking
station, 74P6733. Said docking station has a serial port on it. I can't
find any referance to serial devices in the dmesg, and trying cu -l
/dev/cua00, and indeed cua01 and all the rest, gives device not configured.
The only thing I can think of is that I ned to do some acpi shiz to make
it see the serial device, because it is in the docking station rather
than the machine itself.
Anyone know if I'm on the right track, or what ukc magic I need to try
acpi? I'm aware that its been enabled and disabled a few times in
GENERIC because of issues, but this machine is just for testing and
random slinging around, so if it breaks it doesn't matter.
