"Sound device control error" is a generic error message and doesn't say what really failed. using the "-d" option may give more info. see the manual for details. as far as updating, new versions of mp3blaster can use SDL for audio. is your updated version using SDL or still ossaudio(3)? btw, questions about ports belong on ports@, not m...@. -- [email protected] SDF Public Access UNIX System - http://sdf.lonestar.org
