VMware ESX/VI are based on a Linux kernel. VMware Server and Workstation don't include a kernel and run on Windows and Linux. (On-topic: OpenBSD runs well in recent versions of VI, Workstation and Server.)
Come on, if you're going to attack someone, at least have some facts. For example, you probably wouldn't appreciate:
