Just to be clear, you're not showing us your commands or the errors, so we're not going to be much help. You're trying something which should work (and does work for others), but for some reason it's not working for you. Likely this is because of some small detail that's not correct. If you just say "I did it right and it didn't work" then there's no way to figure out what's wrong.
