If I start some Flash game in Firefox or load some advertisement I can
hear sound in headphones but not from speakers.

About gstreamer :

$ pkg_info | grep gstreamer
gstreamer-0.10.19p1 streaming media framework - core
gstreamer-confelements-0.10.8p4 multimedia framework - conf elements
gstreamer-ffmpeg-0.10.5p1 multimedia framework - ffmpeg plugin
gstreamer-gnome-0.10.19p3 multimedia framework - gnome vfs plugin
gstreamer-mad-0.10.7p2 multimedia framework - mad plugin
gstreamer-plugins-bad-0.10.7p6 multimedia framework - plugins bad
gstreamer-plugins-base-0.10.19p1 multimedia framework - plugins base
gstreamer-plugins-good-0.10.8p11v0 multimedia framework - good plugins
gstreamer-plugins-ugly-0.10.7p1 multimedia framework - plugins ugly
