I suspect there is a typo on the ftp page: http://www.openbsd.org/ftp.html#rsync The Redwood City and Boulder second level (rsync) mirrors have the same address. Isn't the Redwood City address supposed to be 'ftp5'? If not, sorry for the noise.
Also, sorry to see rt.fm is gone!
