As a general point, if you are having a problem and you can't fix it yourself, then by definition, you are not qualified to determine what's relevant. Specifically, your snippet doesn't even tell us whether it attached at ehci, ohci, or uhci. Or what kind of PCI bridge your USB controller may be behind. If you can prove that your PCI bridge is irrelevant to the problem, you should include that proof in your mail.
