Apologies, please don't misunderstand, I do read the source-changes mailing list periodically.. via marc.info. Unfortunately it doesn't have a few powerful search capability, often omitting characters. I am not subscribed to that list, so I was looking for a more simplified way of monitoring commits to -stable.. however I do realize now that may not be as strait forward as it sounds.
