Hi everyone,
Recently, I've installed an LSI 3041E-R card with 4 SATA-drives attached to
it. After using the LSI-provided management software to set the 2
RAID1-arrays to use write caching, everything works great.
I did notice that bioctl has a different "Device" name for the volumes than
the rest of the system. During bootup, the array consisting of small drives
is recognized as sd1 and the array consisting of larger drives is recognized
as sd0. bioctl names them the other way around, and "bioctl -q sd0" results
in "bioctl: DIOCINQ: Invalid argument".
