as long as you have a way to connect the port to the minipci card, and are happy with the modifying/soldering/whatever else might be necessary, there shouldn't really be a problem with the nic itself working. note that connectors on minipci cards often have a rather fine pitch. > suggestions on compatible/reliable USB adapters? "man -k ethernet | grep USB" is a good start. I have usually had fairly good luck with random unidentifiable ones from ebay, usually they 'just work'... (and if not, they're usually cheap enough that if it fails you can see if a developer would be interested in trying to make it work, and buy something else instead..)
