I think it is relevant. Today OpenSSl 1.0 was installed on my workstation, from ports: /usr/ports/security/openssl
The workstation: - freebsd 8.0 $ which openssl /usr/bin/openssl $ openssl version OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009 The router: - openbsd -current, today $ which openssl /usr/bin/openssl $ openssl version OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009 ssh login to the openbsd router throws the following error message: OpenSSL version mismatch. Built against 9080df, you have 1000000f Same error message on a remote network. If you want to, reply to me as well as the list. If my memory serves me well, I am not on any lists at the moment.
