Since I already posted it to list... With some carriers, you don't
need to worry about private details being posted in config scripts.
Identification of the device/user/account is done through the IMSI
(International Mobile Subscriber Identity) so there's no user/pass
to be divulged. At worst, some providers require using the phone number
assigned to the device with the ppp login, but since the phone number is
basically unusable, it doesn't matter much.

You're probably thinking "usb dongle" but internally they're not much
different from the an older kyocera KPC650 EVOD Rev0 pcmcia card I'm
using with verizon (e.g. it's just usb wrapped in a pcmcia form factor).
