There are at least two build machines for each supported arch, one for
src and the other for ports. If you want to see a new arch supported,
then you donate at least two machines to Theo's basement, plus donate
whatever additional machines are needed for interested developers.

Considering the massive volume of work the machines do and the
cost/value of developer time, they should be as fast as feasible.
