I have an X201s and it works okay. The biggest thing that doesn't *seem* to work correctly is CPU throttling: even when the machine's 100% idle, the CPU fan is still spinning at full speed and power consumption isn't any lower at 100% utilization. There seems to be some issue with aps(4) too, but that hasn't practically caused me any issues.
