    - implement "hostnames" listener option to lookup banner hostname from IP
    - change "helo" keyword to "hostnames" on relay rules
    - introduce negations in rules (accept from ! local [...])
    - rename "ssl" to "secure" in listen and relay urls
    - warn at runtime if a certificate is not yet valid or has expired
    - remove ifdef's to reduce the delta between portable and master
    - rename to libexec/smtpd instead of libexec/opensmtpd for consistency

    - unbreak build on GNU/Hurd due to missing sys/mount.h [3]
