    - enqueuer user-agent rename for next release
    - scheduler has hold queue for mta, mda and bounce
    - rename "max-scheduler-inflight" to "limit scheduler max-inflight"
    - escape possibly dangerous characters now that * and ? are allowed
    - properly parse the address if domain name is given as [ipaddr]
    - allow overriding CA certificate with custom one
    - fix dict_poproot() it can't return the key
    - smtpd now exits with 0 only if stopped with smtpctl stop
    - remove -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE= build flag
