I am experiencing strange problems receiving emails from Apple:

from host nwk-txn-msbadger0404.apple.com [17.151.1.65]
Jan 6 12:14:11 mail smtpd[19047]: smtp-in: Failed command on session
000001a17a5c0d5a: "MAIL
FROM:<[email protected]>" =>
553 Sender address syntax error
Jan 6 12:14:16 mail smtpd[19047]: smtp-in: Closing session 000001a17a5c0d5a
I don't know what is wrong with that sender address, the tilde should be
an acceptable character, afaik?
I'm running snapshot 201308201225 on openbsd.
